Shahzoda Samarqandi Nazarova is born in 19 November (1975) in Samarkand (Uzbekistan USSR) is a Tajik award-winning writer and journalist and the First Tajik blogger (Samarkand.malakut.ws)

She has been living in Holland for the last 12 years and working as a senior editor for Central Asian and Afghanistan regions at Radio Zamaneh.  She is the founder of the “Chashme Del”, the first Tajik TV program in Samarkand in Tajik language. She has worked at “Ovozi Samarkand” Samarkand local newspaper and also as a stringer for BBC Persian Service.  She has a MA degree of the Philology department at Samarkand State University (1992-1997). She was also aspirant (PhD) student at the Samarkand State University, Tajik Literature (1997-1999).
Shahzoda has written four collection poetry and four novels. Her books have been published in English, Russian and Persian. While her books are being published in Iran, Tajikistan and Afghanistan and Europe, none of her works are allowed to be published in her birth country Uzbekistan.
